Solar Panel Roof Drill-Free Corner Bracket Mount
Corner brackets that bond down instead of bolting through. ABS mounts that take an aluminium-framed panel and fix it to the roof without a single hole — which for a lot of van builders is the whole point.

No holes, no leaks
Every fastener through a van roof is a future leak and a future rust spot. Bonded corner brackets avoid the problem entirely, which matters most on a leased vehicle, a vehicle you intend to sell unconverted, or a GRP motorhome roof where drilling is genuinely unwise.
The bond is the weak point, so treat it properly
These are only as strong as the adhesive and the preparation. Clean the roof back to sound paint, use the primer the adhesive manufacturer specifies, choose a structural adhesive rated for the temperature swing a roof sees, and give it the full cure time before driving. Done properly it is stronger than most people expect; done in a hurry on a dusty roof it is not.
Before you order
The air gap under the panel is a real benefit — a cooler panel produces more. Check your panel has a conventional aluminium frame; these will not mount a frameless flexible panel.
