Choosing by layout
- Campervan kitchen block: the T2095E sits lengthways, freeing aisle width and leaving the worktop for a hob or sink.
- Tall, narrow tower: the T2138 and T2152 are only 418mm wide, for van kitchens where width is scarce and height is not.
- Motorhome or full-time build: the T2160 and T2175 put fresh food at eye level over a separate freezer drawer.
Powering a T2000
Daily use runs from 0.36kWh (26.6Ah by Thetford's figure) to 0.60kWh (about 50Ah at 12V). The larger models have a night mode that cuts noise and draw while you sleep. Plan the battery and charging in the Roam Wired calculator. As compressor fridges, they need no gas supply or flue.
