Check the cut-out size, wall or roof thickness and power supply in the specification against your vehicle before you order. Gas appliances must be fitted by a qualified gas engineer, and anything wired into 230V mains should be signed off by a qualified electrician.
Overview
Scopema RIB 120 Rock and Roll Bed
A full-width seat and bed for a campervan: two belted travelling seats by day, a flat double bed at night. The RIB 120 is the wider of the two RIB beds we list, for the most sleeping width.
- 120cm wide for a full-size bed
- Two seats, each with a three-point belt and a height-adjustable headrest
- Isofix for child seats
- Reclining back cushion, so you can sit up in bed with support
- Space underneath for open storage or made-to-measure drawers
From seat to bed
Flip the front and back cushions over and the seat becomes a flat bed, with the sleeping surface towards the rear. RIB seats are mounted mid-vehicle rather than at the very back, which leaves room behind them for luggage.
Fabrics
Simora is one of the standard RIB seat fabrics. Barlo and Plus are the fabric names used on Ford Transit Custom trims, for a factory-matched look. Unupholstered leaves you free to have the seat trimmed to match your own interior.
Fitting
A RIB bed is a structural, belted seat, so it must be installed to the manufacturer's instructions by an experienced fitter, and adding seats can affect your insurance and vehicle records. Ask us about fit for your van before ordering.
The manufacturer's figures
