How buying this works
Roam Wired does not stock this item. The button above hands you over to the seller's own shop, where you place the order, pay and arrange delivery directly with them. Nothing is added to a Roam Wired basket, and we never see your payment details.
We list it because it is the part our calculator would specify for a build like yours, not because we make the most on it. How we make money
Delivery and returns
Delivery cost, delivery time and the returns window are set by the seller, not by us, and Roam Wired's own £10 / free-over-£250 UK delivery does not apply here. Check their delivery and returns terms on their product page before you order.
Your consumer rights, including the 14-day right to cancel a distance sale, are against the seller who took your order.
Warranty and support
The manufacturer's warranty is handled by the seller you buy from. If something fails, raise it with them and quote their order number — we cannot open a claim on your behalf.

Overview
800W 12V/24V Monocrystalline Solar Premium Kit w/Rover 60A Charger Controller
800W of N-Type panel with a Rover Li 60A MPPT controller and Bluetooth monitoring. Renogy design this one around a 24V bank — which is the right decision at this array size, and the thing to settle before you order anything else.
- 800W array, four 200W or eight 100W panels
- Rover Li 60A MPPT charge controller
- Bluetooth module included, pairs with the DC Home app
- 16BB N-Type cells, Renogy's highest-efficiency modules
- Multiphase synchronous rectification for higher charging efficiency
- Cable and connectors included
Why this one wants to be 24V
800W into a 12V bank is roughly 66A — more than the 60A controller will pass, so you would be clipping your own array on the best days of the year. At 24V the same 800W is around 33A, comfortably inside the controller, and every cable downstream can be thinner. Renogy list this as a 24V kit for exactly that reason.
What 800W actually delivers here
On a clear June day in the UK this array is genuinely several kilowatt-hours; in December it might manage a tenth of that. Size the battery for the winter figure and treat the summer surplus as a bonus — that is the honest way to plan an off-grid system in this climate.
Before you order
Four large modules or eight small ones: eight gives you shade tolerance and mounting flexibility, four gives you a faster install. Mounting hardware, fusing and roof glands are separate. If you are committing to 24V, check your inverter, DC-DC charger and appliances match.
