How buying this works
Roam Wired does not stock this item. The button above hands you over to the seller's own shop, where you place the order, pay and arrange delivery directly with them. Nothing is added to a Roam Wired basket, and we never see your payment details.
We list it because it is the part our calculator would specify for a build like yours, not because we make the most on it. How we make money
Delivery and returns
Delivery cost, delivery time and the returns window are set by the seller, not by us, and Roam Wired's own £10 / free-over-£250 UK delivery does not apply here. Check their delivery and returns terms on their product page before you order.
Your consumer rights, including the 14-day right to cancel a distance sale, are against the seller who took your order.
Warranty and support
The manufacturer's warranty is handled by the seller you buy from. If something fails, raise it with them and quote their order number — we cannot open a claim on your behalf.

Overview
300W/360W 12V/24V Monocrystalline Solar Premium Kit w/Rover 40A Charger Controller
A 40A MPPT controller with your choice of 300W or 360W of panel. Three panels rather than one or two — which on a van roof usually means better real-world output, because losing one to a vent costs you a third rather than a half.
- Rover 40A MPPT charge controller
- 360W ShadowFlux (3 × 120W) or 300W rigid (3 × 100W), or ETFE flexible
- ShadowFlux panel 1052 × 578 × 30mm, 6.80kg, 20% efficiency
- ShadowFlux Vmp 28.89V, Voc 33.69V
- 100W rigid panel Vmp 18.9V, Voc 22.5V
- 20ft of 10AWG cable included
Three smaller panels beat one big one on a van
Roofs are cluttered — a Maxxfan, a roof light, an aerial, a rail. Three 120W panels at 1052 × 578mm each will tessellate around obstructions that a single large module simply cannot clear. They are also a manageable 6.80kg each to lift and bond alone.
Which option
The 360W ShadowFlux set gives you the most power and a 25-year 80% output warranty. The 300W rigid set is the cheaper, conventional choice. The ETFE flexible panels are for curved or weight-critical roofs only — bonded flat they run hot, and hot panels both produce less and age faster.
Before you order
The Rover 40A leaves genuine headroom above 360W, so this is a kit you can grow into. As always, it is panels, controller and cable — mounting hardware, a cable gland and the battery-side fuse are separate.
