How buying this works
Roam Wired does not stock this item. The button above hands you over to the seller's own shop, where you place the order, pay and arrange delivery directly with them. Nothing is added to a Roam Wired basket, and we never see your payment details.
We list it because it is the part our calculator would specify for a build like yours, not because we make the most on it. How we make money
Delivery and returns
Delivery cost, delivery time and the returns window are set by the seller, not by us, and Roam Wired's own £10 / free-over-£250 UK delivery does not apply here. Check their delivery and returns terms on their product page before you order.
Your consumer rights, including the 14-day right to cancel a distance sale, are against the seller who took your order.
Warranty and support
The manufacturer's warranty is handled by the seller you buy from. If something fails, raise it with them and quote their order number — we cannot open a claim on your behalf.

Overview
2000W 12V Pure Sine Wave Inverter Charger w/ LCD
2,000W low-frequency inverter charger with a 30A transfer relay and a 65A charger. Heavy — 23.2kg — and that is the point: a low-frequency transformer rides out hard-starting loads that make high-frequency units stumble.
- 2,000W rated, 6,000W surge
- 230V AC, selectable 200–240V in 10V steps
- 5–65A charger, configurable in 5A intervals
- 30A transfer relay, around 10ms transfer
- Gel, AGM, SLA, flooded, calcium, lithium and user profiles
- 23.2kg, 510 × 285 × 193mm, LCD
Why 6,000W of surge from a 2,000W unit matters
Three times rated power on surge is a low-frequency characteristic. Anything with a motor — a compressor fridge starting, a circular saw, a pressure washer — draws several times its running current for a fraction of a second. A high-frequency inverter of the same rating may trip on that inrush where this one will not notice it.
The 30A transfer relay is the other advantage
A 30A relay passes essentially any UK hookup straight through to the van's sockets. The compact high-frequency units in this range use an 8A transfer switch, which caps pass-through at roughly 1.8kW — fine until you are on hookup trying to run a heater and a kettle. If you spend a lot of time on sites, this matters.
Before you order
23.2kg needs a proper mounting position low in the vehicle, bolted to structure, and it eats payload. No-load draw is under 20W normal or under 15W in power-saving mode. Operating range 0°C to 40°C. Have the 230V side certified by a qualified electrician.
