Choose it for your build
How this product fits your system
An AC–DC battery charger recharges the bank from a suitable shore supply. It does not create household AC from the battery. Match its AC input range and frequency, DC output voltage and supported battery chemistry to your exact installation.
The recorded DC system class for this model is 12V, with a listed output of 50A. That system class is not the battery's charging-voltage setpoint.
Correct shore connection
A separate charger belongs on a protected shore-only branch, upstream of any shore/inverter source changeover. It must never be powered by the inverter that draws from the battery it is charging. Its protected DC output connects to the bank distribution; its return must not bypass the whole-bank monitor shunt.
Output limits and lithium settings
Several output terminals do not necessarily multiply the total current available. Check the shared-output specification and how the manufacturer permits outputs to be used. Configure the battery's charging voltage, current and temperature restrictions. Add the other charging sources when checking the bank limit and allow for charger losses when checking the campground supply.

The calculator uses a 12V DC / 120V AC planning model. Not every catalogue product is suitable for automatic recommendation; 24V, 48V and products missing required electrical data need a separately checked design.
